Security Operations Center Operator

About the role

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator will monitor and respond to safety and security incidents across the APAC region. Based in Hinjewadi, Pune, the role supports Accenture’s people, assets and brand by using a range of security and environmental monitoring tools.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor access control, CCTV and video management systems for abnormal activity.
• Respond to alarms, phone calls and environmental alerts, dispatching security officers or law‑enforcement as needed.
• Maintain operational logs, shift checklists, handover and incident reports.
• Coordinate with corporate security and executive protection leads on incident detection and management.
• Provide travel safety information and assistance to employees, visitors and third parties.
• Initiate mass‑notification communications and inform leadership of events affecting business operations.

Required profile

• Strong situational awareness of global events and regional risks.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact courteously with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working in a shift‑based, 24/7 operational environment.
