Security Operations Center Operator

About the role

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator will monitor and respond to safety and security incidents across the APAC region. Based in Hinjewadi, Pune, the role supports Accenture’s people, assets, and brand by using access control, video surveillance, and risk‑feed tools.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor access control, CCTV, environmental and mass‑notification systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms, phone calls, and alerts, coordinating with internal and external emergency resources.
• Dispatch security officers or law‑enforcement personnel for alarm response and emergencies.
• Maintain operational logs, shift checklists, handover and incident reports.
• Communicate incident information to APAC employees, site security leads, and corporate security teams.
• Enter accurate data into the incident management system and follow standard operating procedures.
• Provide travel safety assistance and situational awareness for global events affecting staff.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Customer‑service orientation for assisting travelers and employees.
• Experience in security operations or related fields is advantageous.
