Security Officer – Guarding & Surveillance

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees at our Gurugram facility. The role involves active monitoring, access control, and rapid response to incidents, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol premises and monitor CCTV systems to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Control entry points, verify visitor identification, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with police, fire services, and medical personnel as needed.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols throughout the site.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT security or related security roles.
• Age between 21 and 40 years, physically fit and medically cleared.
• Clean criminal background record.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating CCTV surveillance equipment.
• Experience with metal detector usage and basic security hardware.
