Security Officer – Full-time

About the role

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both clients and employees at our Gurugram facility. This full‑time position involves active monitoring, rapid response to incidents, and coordination with external emergency services.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol premises and monitor CCTV feeds to deter theft, vandalism and unauthorized access.
• Control entry points, verify visitor identification and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents and emergencies, providing first‑line assistance.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with police, fire departments and medical personnel when required.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT security or a related security role.
• Age between 21 and 40 years, physically fit and medically cleared.
• Clean criminal background record.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CCTV systems.
• Experience using metal detectors and basic security equipment.
