Security Officer – Full-time

About the role

The Security Officer will ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and employees at our Gurugram facility. The role involves regular patrols, monitoring premises through CCTV surveillance, and controlling access points to maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety protocols. You will also assist visitors, verify identification, maintain visitor logs, and ensure all security equipment is operational.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises via CCTV surveillance.
• Control access points and verify visitor identification.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Prepare and submit incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Assist visitors, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with police, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel when required.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) with a minimum of 3 years experience in IT security or related roles.
• Age between 21 and 40 years.
• Physically fit, medically cleared, and no criminal background.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems.
• Experience using metal detectors and basic security equipment.
