About the role
The Security Officer will protect students, staff, campus facilities and ensure a safe learning environment. This role involves monitoring security systems, patrolling the school grounds and responding to incidents promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and patrol school grounds.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate security logs and reports.
Required profile
- Experience in security roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications in security management.
- Subject to vetting procedures, including background checks covering the previous 10 years.
Required skills
- Strong vigilance and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
