About the role
We are seeking a disciplined Security Officer with an army or defence background to ensure the safety of students, staff, and school premises. The role involves maintaining a secure environment on campus, supervising entry points, and responding swiftly to any incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit gates, verify identities, and control access to the campus.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff.
- Conduct regular patrols of school grounds and enforce established security protocols.
- Handle emergencies, manage crowd control, and maintain discipline during incidents.
- Collaborate with school management to develop and implement safety measures.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security, defence, or related fields.
- Former army or defence personnel preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, vigilance, and ability to act decisively.
