Security Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead and coordinate all security operations across its hotel properties. The role ensures the safety of guests, staff, and assets while maintaining compliance with local regulations and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall hotel security operations, including surveillance, patrols, and access control.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigate security incidents or violations.
• Lead, train, and supervise the security team to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as required.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Accor safety standards.
• Oversee security arrangements for VIP guests, events, and conferences.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of security experience, preferably in hotel environments.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
