About the role
The Security Guard will ensure the safety and security of the organization’s premises, employees, visitors, and assets in Ranchi. The role involves maintaining effective access control, surveillance, and adherence to security procedures to create a safe environment for all personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and secure assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitor identity and maintain accurate visitor entry/exit records.
- Maintain vehicle entry records and security registers.
- Conduct scheduled security rounds and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Coordinate with the Admin/Facility team and report security‑related issues.
- Ensure timely reporting of security incidents or emergencies to the concerned authority.
Required profile
- Basic record‑keeping and register maintenance abilities.
- Fundamental knowledge of security and safety procedures.
- Strong observation and alertness.
- Calm response during emergencies.
- Professional handling of visitors and employees.
