About the role
We are urgently recruiting 25 Security Guards for immediate placement at a plant in Muchipara, Durgapur, West Bengal. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to join a 12‑hour shift schedule with spot joining.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and guard the plant premises to prevent theft, unauthorized entry, and security breaches.
- Check and verify entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Maintain entry registers and daily activity reports.
- Respond promptly to suspicious activities, alarms, or emergencies.
- Follow company security rules and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or higher (H.S. pass acceptable).
- Height requirement: 5'4" – 5'5".
- Physically fit, able to stand and patrol for long periods.
- Ability to read, write, and maintain basic documentation.
- Punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.
Required skills
- Basic security awareness.
What we offer
- Salary: INR 15,000 – 17,000 per month, with PF and ESIC contributions.
- Free lodging and cooking equipment on site.
- Work location within 35 km of candidate’s home.
