Security Guard – Factory Premises

About the role

The company is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to protect its factory premises in Kalwa. The role involves maintaining a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets by enforcing access control, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles, verifying identity cards and gate passes.
• Maintain visitor, vehicle, and material movement logs as per standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeter to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, reporting incidents accurately to the Security Supervisor.
• Assist in emergency drills, evacuation procedures, and coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Monitor fire safety equipment, report malfunctions, and identify hazardous conditions.
• Maintain clear communication with the security control room and supervisors, escalating issues as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information and enforce discipline, punctuality, and uniform standards.

Required profile

• Ex‑serviceman with NCO rank.
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
• Prior experience in industrial security preferred.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in shifts.
