Security & Critical Infrastructure Monitoring Executive

About the role

The Security & Critical Infrastructure Monitoring Executive will oversee Aurm’s security systems, CCTV feeds, intrusion alarms and network infrastructure during the night shift (8 PM – 8 AM) on an alternate‑day rota. You will stay alert to detect anomalies, respond to alerts and coordinate with the right teams to ensure continuous protection of critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV feeds, intrusion alarms and system status, flagging suspicious activity or equipment issues.
• Respond to firewall, network and endpoint security alerts, as well as suspicious login attempts.
• Review, acknowledge and close alerts, maintain a daily monitoring log and hand over shifts properly.
• Conduct weekly health checks on CCTV, intrusion alarms, network performance, internet connectivity and critical IT infrastructure.

Required profile

• Available for night shifts on an alternate‑day schedule (approximately 15 shifts per month).
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience; a 3‑year diploma or degree is preferred.
• Observant, disciplined and able to escalate issues promptly.
• Proficient in English and Hindi with good communication skills.
