Security Control Room Operator – 24/7 Monitoring

About the role

Join Siemens' Remote Monitoring team as a Security Professional responsible for overseeing the safety of multiple offices, factories and premises from a central control room in Kalwa, Thane. You will work on a 24 × 7 shift schedule, operating a range of security tools to ensure a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record security‑related incidents, building administration issues and safety service alerts.
• Respond to incidents within defined turnaround times, coordinating with resolution groups and site teams.
• Support investigations by providing data from access control, CCTV and other security systems.
• Deploy appropriate resources to resolve incidents while complying with policy, contractual and legal requirements.
• Communicate critical incidents to relevant stakeholders via phone or other approved channels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for security infrastructure, applications, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Willingness to work rotating 24 × 7 shifts in a control‑room environment.
• Experience in security monitoring or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills for incident reporting and stakeholder updates.
