Security Associate

About the role

As a Security Associate at Hilton, you will safeguard guests, staff and property by maintaining high security standards and responding swiftly to incidents. You will work on‑site in a dynamic hotel environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior hotel areas to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Assist with preliminary investigations of incidents, gather information and document findings.
• Prepare accurate security reports and maintain records of incidents.
• Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, safety hazards and security threats.
• Provide professional assistance to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a security officer in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Strong integrity, teamwork orientation and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and act decisively under pressure.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security operations and surveillance systems.
• Understanding of emergency procedures and first‑aid/CPR protocols.
