Security Associate

About the role

BT International is looking for a Security Associate to join its Network Engineering team in Gurugram. You will provide critical technical support for network, hardware and infrastructure projects across multiple client sites, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑focused technical support for network, hardware and infrastructure development.
• Analyse system requirements, design solutions, develop documentation and manage configuration changes.
• Maintain network, hardware and software performance through tuning, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Handle tickets, prioritize work and collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshoot routing, interconnectivity and device configuration issues, including low‑to‑mid‑level application interactions.
• Participate in migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
• Support project‑management activities such as meeting facilitation and ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Experience delivering technical support for network and hardware environments.
• Strong analytical skills to define problems, develop specifications and produce documentation.
• Ability to work with ticketing systems, manage priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Proactive attitude toward troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
