Security Associate – Fixed-Term

About the role

Accor is seeking a Security Associate on a fixed‑term basis to support the safety and protection of guests, employees, and assets across its hotel operations. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring a secure atmosphere while delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform duties according to the Duty Roster prepared by the Director of Security.
• Cover various posts such as Security Control Room, lobby, loading bay, patrolling, back‑of‑house, VIP parking, and any other areas where security support is needed.
• Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of all security systems, taking immediate corrective action when faults are detected.
• Assist management, staff, and guests in line with protection and prevention objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external government agencies during routine matters and emergencies.
• Observe back‑of‑house zones for unauthorized entry or exit points.
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire, life‑safety, and emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in security or a related field.
• Strong awareness of safety and emergency protocols.
• Ability to work shifts, report for duty on time, and wear a clean, complete uniform.

Required skills

• Operation of security monitoring systems (e.g., CCTV, access‑control).
