Security Architect

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Security Architect to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of our security strategy within the Service Provider organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to protect business objectives, meet regulatory requirements and stay ahead of emerging threats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive security architecture framework for the Service Provider environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat‑modeling activities to prioritize risks to business and IT assets.
• Define, maintain and enforce information‑security policies, standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy security controls such as encryption, authentication and authorization solutions.
• Perform security reviews of vendors and third‑party partners to ensure compliance with Kyndryl’s security standards.
• Carry out regular security and risk reviews, identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
• Advise senior leadership on the latest security best practices and emerging threats.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing security architecture in a Service Provider or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment and threat modeling.
• Customer‑focused attitude and a growth mindset for continuous professional development.
