Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

MAVIP is looking for a senior SEO executive to own the organic growth engine for client and internal properties. You will translate search intent into visibility, traffic and measurable business outcomes in an AI‑driven search landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO execution across client websites and MAVIP platforms, including technical, on‑page and backlink audits.
• Develop keyword and search‑intent strategies aligned to business outcomes, not just rankings.
• Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexing and Core Web Vitals in partnership with development teams.
• Lead on‑page optimization for landing pages, blogs and conversion‑focused assets.
• Collaborate with content teams to build structured, SEO‑led ecosystems such as topic clusters, pillar pages and entity maps.
• Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other tools, and adjust tactics based on algorithm updates and SERP shifts.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or B2B/technology environment.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including indexing, crawlability, site structure, schema and Core Web Vitals.
• Clear understanding of AI‑influenced search ecosystems (Google SGE, zero‑click, entity‑based SEO).
• Proven ability to optimize for both traditional rankings and AI‑generated visibility.
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Excellent collaboration skills across content, design and development teams.
• Structured problem‑solving approach with a high‑ownership mindset.
