Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Oraton, an AI‑powered communication coach, is seeking an SEO Specialist to own and grow its organic presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven search platforms. You will shape the SEO strategy, drive qualified traffic, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and qualified leads.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify SEO opportunities.
• Optimize website pages, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture.
• Create and manage a content plan focused on high‑intent, high‑growth keywords.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions and other SEO KPIs, reporting insights regularly.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with product and development teams to implement fixes.
• Build backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority and visibility.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT and other AI search platforms.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of growing organic traffic.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.
• Experience with SaaS, consumer apps, edtech or AI products is a plus.

Required skills

• Technical SEO, on‑page SEO, content SEO, keyword research and link‑building.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4 and Screaming Frog.
