Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our Indore office. You will design, implement and manage SEO strategies for multiple clients, aiming to increase organic traffic, improve rankings and boost online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis and search‑intent mapping.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as content, metadata, URLs, image alt tags and internal linking.
• Plan and execute link‑building, digital PR and outreach campaigns to acquire high‑quality backlinks.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues like site speed, crawl errors, broken links and mobile‑responsiveness, and work with the IT team to resolve them.
• Monitor organic performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO suites (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers and developers to ensure new assets are SEO‑ready from day one.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar digital‑marketing role.
• Strong understanding of search‑engine algorithms, ranking factors and core SEO principles.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
