Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to own our organic search performance, increase targeted web traffic, and boost keyword rankings across major search engines. You will lead technical audits, on‑page optimisations, link‑building initiatives and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth keyword research, map search intent and optimise title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and image alt texts.
• Perform routine technical SEO audits, resolve site speed, crawl, indexation and Core Web Vitals issues, and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt and schema markup.
• Develop ethical backlink strategies through outreach, guest blogging, broken‑link building and competitor analysis.
• Track, analyse and report core SEO metrics using GA4, Search Console and SEO suites, and build executive dashboards.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in organic SEO (agency or client side).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth recommendations.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of Google algorithm updates, E‑E‑A‑T guidelines and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
