Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and support measurable business growth. The role works closely with content, development, and marketing teams to design and execute SEO strategies that boost search rankings and online performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for client and internal projects.
• Conduct keyword research and identify organic growth opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, and on‑page content.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions and produce monthly performance reports.
• Analyse competitors and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO‑friendly content.
• Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
• Build and execute ethical link‑building campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven results.
• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or clients.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Required skills

• On‑Page, Off‑Page and Technical SEO.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz.
• Keyword research, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, site architecture.
• Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• WordPress or other CMS platforms.
