Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Swades AI is looking for a dedicated Search Engine Optimization Specialist to boost the online visibility of its AI-driven platforms. This full‑time remote position will work closely with product, content, and growth teams to drive organic traffic and support the company’s mission of making AI accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and perform comprehensive SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, meta data, and on‑page elements for search engines.
• Plan and execute link‑building campaigns and monitor backlink quality.
• Analyze web analytics to measure performance and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing outbound or growth campaigns, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience running LinkedIn outreach using tools such as HeyReach or Expandi.
• Hands‑on experience with intent‑data signals (job‑board activity, funding triggers, tech‑stack changes).
• Ability to manage offshore contractors through communication platforms like WhatsApp, Slack, or Loom.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex) within the last 90 days.
