Scrum Master – Bangalore

About the role

75F is looking for a Scrum Master to coach and guide Scrum teams in Bangalore. You will work within a SAFe community supporting cloud and edge development teams, helping them deliver high‑performance, data‑driven outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and estimations across one or more Scrum teams.
• Maintain organized project planning and execution using Azure project management tools, removing blockers and tracking dependencies.
• Conduct bi‑weekly sprint retrospectives, implement improvement actions, and ensure strict compliance with the Definition of Done.
• Present sprint progress with metrics (team velocity, defect rates, quality issues) in management reviews.
• Participate in backlog grooming, Scrum of Scrums, PI planning and facilitate technical discussions on architecture, deployments and code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0‑1 years of hands‑on technical Scrum Master experience with a solid technical foundation.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and value‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems critically and work independently.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, preferably in a fast‑paced startup environment.
