Scrum Master - AI Product Delivery

About the role

Revmind Labs AI is seeking a Scrum Master to lead sprint delivery for a development team building AI‑driven products for enterprise clients. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with client business owners, product owners, and internal engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Jira board daily, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story point estimation, task assignment and status tracking.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog refinement – as the primary owner.
• Author and maintain BRDs and TRDs in Confluence, and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the backlog is sprint‑ready and free of vague tickets.
• Prepare sprint reports (velocity, burndown, blockers, delivery outcomes) at the end of each sprint.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client business owners and product owners regarding sprint status and planning.
• Write and execute functional test cases for each sprint increment, log defects in Jira and verify fixes before sign‑off.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead experience (5 + years total professional experience).
• Strong, articulate English communication skills, able to lead calls with senior client stakeholders without a script.
• Proven ability to produce clear, structured communication across calls, email, Slack and written updates.
• Experience writing BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria in a software delivery environment.
• Basic functional testing experience.
