About the role

The Principal will be the chief academic and administrative leader of N. L. Dalmia High School, guiding the institution’s vision, strategy and day‑to‑day operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and Managing Council, the role demands a blend of educational expertise, operational acumen and collaborative leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement long‑term vision, mission and strategic goals in partnership with senior leadership.
• Oversee curriculum planning, teaching‑learning processes, assessments and alignment with ICSE/CBSE standards.
• Lead faculty development, mentoring, recruitment and performance management.
• Supervise school administration, budgeting, facilities, compliance and campus safety.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Promote holistic student development, co‑curricular activities, wellbeing and inclusive school culture.
• Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, educational partners and the wider community.
