SAP Test Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead testing activities for SAP implementation and roll‑out projects at Bosch's largest software development centre outside Germany. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on test execution, and coordination across functional and technical teams to ensure high‑quality SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end testing for SAP implementation and roll‑out projects.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Drive System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing.
• Use SAP Solution Manager for test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Coordinate test coverage across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP.
• Define and monitor metrics for test progress, quality and performance.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Identify automation opportunities with tools like Tosca.
• Communicate testing status, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices.

Required profile

• 15+ years of software testing experience, including at least 5 years as a Test Manager on SAP projects.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation and roll‑out testing.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with SAP Solution Manager (Test Plan, Test Package, Test Execution, BPCA, CBTA).
