SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant

About the role

Join BASF's Digital Hub in Hyderabad as an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant. You will work within an agile team to design, configure, and deliver onboarding solutions that support the full employee lifecycle for a global chemical leader.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
• Provide 2nd/3rd‑level support for incidents and problems, performing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and test new features based on user stories within an agile framework.
• Guide, coach, and train team members to build competency in onboarding modules.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery for assigned projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Several years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform, especially Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Role‑Based Permissions, MDF objects and business rules.
• Proven experience integrating Onboarding 2.0 with core HR systems, particularly Employee Central.
• Solid expertise in Integration Center, OData APIs, workflow configuration, and data models.
• Understanding of HR processes in talent acquisition, pre‑boarding, and employee lifecycle.
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Application Associate certification (preferred additional certifications).
