SAP Stock & Inventory Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Stock & Inventory Professional with 1‑3 years of experience to manage purchase, sales and stock data using SAP and spreadsheet tools. The role ensures accurate invoicing, supports financial reconciliation and maintains up‑to‑date inventory records across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily SAP inventory transactions such as goods receipt (GRN), goods issue (GI) and stock transfers, aligning them with physical movements.
• Maintain SKU, batch and location‑wise inventory for raw material, packaging material and finished goods in SAP.
• Track inbound receipts, consumption, production output and dispatch activities, posting finished‑goods receipts based on BOM and production data.
• Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse and logistics teams to validate postings and verify dispatch documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile variances and assist with adjustment entries.
• Manage inter‑plant and inter‑warehouse transfers, monitoring in‑transit inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP inventory modules.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
