SAP Senior Architect / Senior Expert

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a SAP Senior Architect / Senior Expert to design, implement and optimise SAP technical solutions. The role involves providing subject‑matter expertise across SAP S/4HANA, UI5, Fiori and the SAP BTP cloud platform while mentoring delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end SAP technical architectures for on‑premise and cloud scenarios.
• Lead implementation, rollout, upgrade and migration projects across O2C, S2P and M2C processes.
• Conduct architecture reviews, produce technical documentation and guide best‑practice adoption.
• Act as Technical Stream Lead, coordinating activities of delivery resources and supporting business development with estimates and proposals.
• Mentor and coach team members, driving competency frameworks and technical training programmes.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in SAP technical areas, including S/4HANA, ABAP, UI5/Fiori and SAP BTP.
• Proven leadership in full‑stack development and Agile delivery environments.
• Willingness to travel across India and internationally as needed.
• Strong communication skills for presenting solutions to senior management.
