SAP SD Techno-Functional Manager – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned SAP SD techno‑functional manager to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will work with clients to optimise SAP SD processes, support day‑to‑day operations and drive integration across front‑end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise to business and end users for daily SAP SD operations and related front‑end tools.
• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Liaise with engineering, customer support and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Perform quality assurance, documentation and support change management activities.
• Adapt to new functional areas as business needs evolve.
• Develop, debug and maintain SAP ABAP objects, including reports, module pools, SAP scripts, forms, ALV reports, ALE/IDOC, service gateway integrations, BADIs, BAPIs and SAP queries.
• Apply object‑oriented programming principles within SAP development.
• Participate in release and change management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of IT experience in SAP SD, preferably with SAP SD certification.
• Strong techno‑functional background, capable of acting as a functional consultant within an application support team.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders across engineering, support and business units.
• Flexibility to take on new responsibilities and learn emerging technologies.
