SAP Project Manager – Agile & Scrum Expert

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations, migrations and upgrades across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role combines strong project governance with Agile and Scrum practices to drive digital transformation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP projects (implementation, migration, upgrades) ensuring delivery on scope, schedule and budget.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables aligned with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful execution.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitate ceremonies and use tools such as JIRA and SAP Solution Manager.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance and support audit requirements through structured testing and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP project management.
• Certified Scrum Master and Agile methodology credentials.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules.
• Proven ability to lead proposal preparation, stakeholder engagement and team coaching.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile project lifecycles.
