SAP Procurement (MM) Solution Consultant

About the role

Join BASF Digital Hub in Hyderabad as an SAP Procurement (MM) Solution Consultant. You will work in an agile environment, delivering end‑to‑end SAP solutions that support BASF’s digital transformation in the chemical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operation and project delivery across all phases, from requirement engineering to provisioning of standard IT features.
• Perform error analysis and provide 2nd/3rd level support for incidents and problems.
• Develop and test new features based on user stories within an agile Scrum team.
• Guide, coach and train team members, building competencies for SAP MM and related modules.
• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for assigned projects and deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM/Procurement with extensive customizing and process knowledge.
• 6+ years of experience in S/4HANA environments working on complex SAP applications.
• Background in global AMS support teams, ticket resolution, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Agile DevOps mindset with hands‑on experience in Scrum, self‑organized work, user stories, testing and documentation.
• University degree in Business IT, Business Economics, Information Science, Engineering or Natural Science.
