SAP PMO Manager – Advisory (Bengaluru)

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP PMO Manager to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role will support the governance and delivery of SAP programmes, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope and aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update SAP project plans, schedules and documentation, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate across SAP functional and technical teams (SD, MM, FI, ABAP, BASIS) to track progress, resolve issues and drive integration.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, status reports and executive summaries, monitoring KPIs, milestones, risks and issues.
• Support resource planning, utilization tracking and reporting for SAP initiatives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, steering‑committee reviews and stakeholder updates, acting as liaison between business units, SAP teams and external vendors.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in SAP consulting or advisory services.
• Proven ability to manage project governance, coordination and reporting for complex SAP implementations.
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
