SAP MDM/MDG Consultant – Material Master Data Management

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an experienced SAP MDM/MDG Consultant to lead material master data initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 and maintain high data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive SAP material master data management and conversion projects.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage change initiatives to support seamless transitions.
• Define and implement processes for data quality, migration, conversion and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate scope, coordinate testing and oversee implementation.
• Mentor junior and senior functional consultants.
• Own assigned business requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP MDM/MDG.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and Bill of Materials processes.
• Experience with SAP R/3 to S/4 conversion projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
