SAP MDG Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Solution Architect to join our Bangalore team. You will lead the design and implementation of master data governance solutions, focusing on OData services and integration with engineering systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and extend OData‑based services in the MDG‑M environment.
• Integrate external systems such as VAULT, Open PDM, and other engineering tools into SAP MDG‑M.
• Analyze, process, and harmonize material master data.
• Implement REST APIs for system communication and data exchange.
• Collaborate closely with specialist departments, architecture teams, and IT groups.
• Support testing, error analysis, and performance optimisation within the MDG‑M context.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as an SAP MDG Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, configuration, and implementation methodology.
• Strong understanding of MDG workflow configuration and change‑request management.
• Experience with RAP or OData service development and consumption.
• Proficiency in SAP Gateway, REST APIs, and OData integration patterns.
