SAP Inventory Associate

About the role

Wellversed is looking for a detail‑oriented SAP Inventory Associate to manage purchase, sales and stock data. You will ensure accurate invoicing and support financial reconciliation across systems while collaborating with production, quality, warehouse and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily SAP inventory transactions (GRN, GI, stock transfers) aligned with physical stock movement.
• Maintain SKU, batch and location‑wise inventory for raw material, packaging material and finished goods in SAP.
• Track inward receipts, consumption, production output and dispatch activities.
• Post finished‑goods receipts based on production output and BOM, coordinating with Production and QA for validation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for accurate dispatch postings and document verification.
• Conduct physical stock verification, reconcile variances and support adjustment entries.
• Manage inter‑plant/inter‑warehouse transfers and monitor in‑transit inventory.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
