SAP Integration Suite Executive

About the role

The Executive – SAP Integration Suite will monitor and support integrations built on SAP Integration Suite (formerly SAP CPI). You will work closely with SAP S/4HANA and third‑party applications to ensure smooth data flow, resolve incidents and meet service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support integration scenarios within SAP Integration Suite, handling iFlows, adapters and API management.
• Troubleshoot failed message processing, connectivity issues and OData/RFC errors.
• Manage incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Support interfaces between SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and external applications.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand and resolve integration problems.
• Maintain SLA adherence and document technical integration details.
• Handle transport management across Development, QA and Production environments.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in SAP integration or related middleware.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based support environment (6‑day week).
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Knowledge of iFlows and adapters such as SFTP, SOAP, OData, REST and RFC.
• Understanding of APIs and API Management.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and basic SAP S/4HANA concepts.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Connector, monitoring dashboards and tools like Postman.
