SAP FI/CO Team Lead Specialist

About the role

3M is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Team Lead Specialist to drive finance‑focused SAP initiatives. You will lead a dedicated Finance and Accounting IT team, ensuring best‑practice implementation, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality service delivery across global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounting IT team, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment with strong cross‑functional partnerships.
• Own financial SAP projects, overseeing FI/CO configuration and customization to meet business goals.
• Monitor service delivery, maintain SLA compliance, and reduce high‑ticket volumes.
• Ensure SOX control reporting and adherence to global compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO solutions.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP FI/CO configuration and customization.
• 7+ years of IT experience supporting finance, controlling, accounting, treasury or tax functions.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
