SAP FICO Consultant – S/4 HANA (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our Bangalore team. You will work on S/4 HANA finance projects, supporting implementation, testing and post‑go‑live activities for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting and testing for the S/4 HANA FICO module.
• Manage UAT and SIT testing cycles and ensure successful cut‑over and migration.
• Collaborate with business and project teams to resolve issues from a business perspective.
• Offer extended weekend support for priority incidents, system restarts and patch upgrades.
• Optimize existing integrations and propose proactive solutions.
• Support SAP FI and CO rollout testing and production support for Go‑Live plants.
• Handle custom development processes, including unit, functional and integration testing.
• Assist business users with timely support and requirement handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 full end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementation projects, including testing, migration and cut‑over.
• Educational background: MBA in Finance, CA or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Hindi is a plus.

Required skills

• S/4 HANA FICO functional knowledge.
• SAP FI, SAP CO and overall SAP FICO expertise.
• Experience with UAT and SIT testing.
• Organizational structure and master data management.
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting.
• Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing.
• Financial Reporting.
