SAP Employee Central Manager – Advisory (Kolkata)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead SAP Employee Central consulting engagements within its Advisory practice in Kolkata. The role involves analysing client needs, delivering end‑to‑end SAP solutions, configuring the system, and providing training and support to help clients improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum of two full lifecycle SAP Employee Central implementations.
• Configure the solution independently and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Lead or contribute to client workshops and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand and address integration requirements.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end SAP implementations.
• Educational background such as BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA or ICWA.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in SAP Employee Central (EC).
• Solid understanding of SAP integration concepts.
