SAP CRM Specialist – Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM professional to join our Bangalore team. You will support the implementation and ongoing operation of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions, working closely with product owners, CRM experts, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to end‑users of SAP C4C Sales and Service modules across multiple regions.
• Assist product owners and CRM capability experts throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Create, maintain, and deliver training materials for SAP C4C users.
• Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance, regression, and integration testing, and document any defects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement technical requirements and resolve bugs.
• Prepare business and technical requirement documents and ensure data quality through manual and automated imports.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Sciences or a related field with an IT focus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing and supporting CRM solutions (SAP C4C preferred).
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
• Experience working in agile environments and with tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, virtual team.
