SAP Concur Senior Consultant

About the role

EY’s Global Delivery Services is looking for a senior consultant with deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Concur. The role involves leading end‑to‑end implementations, configuring advanced solutions and integrating Concur with SAP S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation of Concur Expense and Request modules, including design, configuration, testing, integration and production support.
• Analyse client business processes and translate them into scalable functional designs.
• Configure and manage ICS integration between Concur and SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Develop and optimise Cognos reports to meet business reporting needs.
• Conduct project workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions and technical reviews with client stakeholders.
• Provide hyper‑care support after go‑live and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., BE, BTech, MCA, MBA, B.Com).
• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience delivering SAP Concur implementations.
• Mandatory SAP Concur CIP certification.
• Proven experience with end‑to‑end Concur Expense & Request implementations and advanced configuration.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Concur with SAP S/4HANA or ECC using ICS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
