SAP C4C V2 & BTP Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Service Cloud Version 2 (C4C V2) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Technical Consultant to design, develop, and integrate modern cloud‑native customer experience solutions for Bosch Global Software Technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop extensions within the SAP C4C V2 architecture.
• Build side‑by‑side extensions on SAP BTP using CAP or RAP models.
• Create integrations between C4C V2, SAP ERP/S4HANA and third‑party systems via SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Develop and customise user interfaces using SAP Build Code and SAPUI5/Fiori.
• Manage data uploads, replication and schema updates for the event‑driven V2 architecture.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise API performance and BTP resource consumption.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in the SAP CX/CRM domain, with 1–2 years focused on BTP/V2.
• At least one implementation experience with SAP C4C V2 preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E., B.Tech.).
• Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
