SAP BW / SAP Analytics Manager – Advisory (Hyderabad)

About the role

At PwC, the Data & Analytics team helps clients turn data into strategic insights. As an SAP BW / SAP Analytics Manager in the Advisory line of service, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP BW solutions that enable data‑driven decision‑making for our Hyderabad‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA models, including composite providers, Open ODS views, advanced DSOs and transformations.
• Expose BW models as HANA views and implement performance‑optimisation techniques such as data‑tiering.
• Integrate BW with SAP and non‑SAP source systems using various data acquisition methods.
• Lead full‑life‑cycle implementations, from data extraction and source‑enhancement to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with IT service management teams, applying ITIL processes and using ServiceNow/Jira for incident, problem and change management.
• Provide advisory guidance to clients on best practices, optimisation and future‑state analytics architecture.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech) or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end BW projects in an advisory or consulting environment.
