SAP BTP Integration Tech Lead

About the role

As an SAP‑BTP Tech Lead at 3M, you will drive the delivery of end‑to‑end integration solutions across enterprise platforms. You will lead a team of developers, oversee the design, development and deployment of integration flows on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), and ensure that integrations are scalable, secure and meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the local BTP team, providing technical guidance, performance reviews and fostering a high‑performing environment.
• Head the TCOE team to support integration delivery and continuity requirements.
• Assist in the design, development, testing and deployment of SAP CPI integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain integration documentation, knowledge‑base content and support test cycles to ensure quality and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or MCA.
• 10+ years of integration experience on SAP or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies; SAP CPI training preferred, certification a plus.
• Familiarity with OData, RESTful APIs, web services and data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV.
• Understanding of integration protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, JDBC, Proxy) and basic data transformation/mapping.
• Proficient English communication skills and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
