SAP BTP Developer – UI5/Fiori & CAPM

About the role

Empiric is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Developer to join a critical project across India. The role focuses on developing and managing SAP UI5/Fiori applications and building backend services using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) within the SAP BTP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP UI5 and Fiori front‑end applications.
• Build and deploy backend services using CAPM.
• Manage application lifecycle on SAP BTP, including deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the project team on‑site a few days per week during the initial phase.
• Implement enhancements using SAP Enhancement Framework, BADIs, and User Exits.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BTP.
• Strong expertise in SAP UI5 and Fiori development.
• Proven experience building services with CAPM.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, attending the office regularly at the start of the project.
