SAP ABAP Hana Manager – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to lead advisory projects focused on SAP ABAP and SAP HANA solutions for clients in Bangalore. The role combines technical ownership of SAP environments with people‑leadership responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, configuration, development and support of SAP ABAP and SAP HANA applications.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion.
• Analyse system components to identify inter‑dependencies and optimise overall solution architecture.
• Partner with senior leadership to guarantee quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor and coach team members, leveraging individual strengths and fostering continuous learning.
• Manage performance, address conflicts and conduct difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Proven experience leading SAP implementation or advisory engagements.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
