About the role
The Sample Handler is responsible for logging incoming product samples from a variety of buyers, ensuring precise data entry, and coordinating the shipment of those samples to the appropriate testing laboratories. This role supports UL Solutions’ testing, inspection and certification services across multiple consumer product categories, with a particular focus on the textile industry.
Key responsibilities
- Log each sample in the system according to buyer type.
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and test assignment.
- Read and interpret buyer protocols and product requirements.
- Review test request forms and transfer the information into UL’s software.
- Understand textile‑industry sample requirements and dispatch samples to the correct lab.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow buyer protocols and test request documentation.
- Familiarity with textile‑industry sample handling processes.
