Salesperson – IT Solutions

About the role

Neural IT is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to join its on‑site team in Airoli. You will promote the company’s specialised IT and medical‑legal software solutions to law firms, driving new business and supporting growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through outbound calls and meetings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service capabilities and align offerings with client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular status updates.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business expansion plans.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, especially in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex services clearly.
• Basic understanding of IT and service‑based solutions; software sales experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in B2B or service sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
